This gift card is a promotional card issued by Groove Academy at no charge. It was not purchased and no value was exchanged for it. Please read these terms before redeeming.

What This Card Can Be Used For

• Method books and print music available in-store.
• Instrument rentals, including rent-to-own monthly payments.
• Merchandise, including accessories, strings, sticks, reeds, and Groove Academy branded items.

What This Card Cannot Be Used For

• Lessons of any kind (in-studio, in-home, or online), including registration fees.
• Instrument repairs or repair-related services.
• Cash or cash equivalents. This card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Card Rules

• No expiry: This card does not expire. Your balance remains available until it is fully redeemed.
• Balance: The card may be used across multiple visits until the balance is fully used. No change is given; remaining value stays on the card.
• Top-ups: If a purchase exceeds the card balance, the difference may be paid by any accepted payment method.
• Transfer: This card is issued to the named recipient and household and is not transferable or resalable. Limit one promotional card per household.
• Offers: This card cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.
• Lost cards: Groove Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Treat this card like cash.
• Final sale: Print music and method books redeemed with this card are final sale due to copyright.

Checking Your Balance

You may check your card balance at any time by logging into your parent/student portal, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Please have the name that card was registered under, including your phone number and email address.
