The Percussion Petting Zoo is a unique and engaging form of entertainment for daycares in Winnipeg, designed to introduce young children to the joy of music. We bring a wide variety of real percussion instruments for kids to see, touch, and play in a safe and guided environment. Through hands-on exploration, children learn about rhythm, sound, and self-expression while having fun. It’s an exciting way to support early childhood development and add a memorable experience to your daycare, preschool, or elementary school program.

2025/2026 – Events

In addition to the Percussion Petting Zoo, we offer additional themed musical experiences that spark imagination and learning through music. Our “Around the World” theme takes children on a global adventure, exploring different cultures through traditional songs and instruments. “Under the Sea” dives into ocean life with fun facts about sea animals, paired with songs and rhythms inspired by the deep blue. Each theme is designed to be interactive, educational, and perfectly suited for daycare, preschool, and elementary-aged children.

Every visit concludes with a lively group performance featuring two fun songs, where all children get to participate using percussion instruments or bucket drums—often joined by enthusiastic daycare staff! This joyful finale brings everyone together, reinforces what the children have learned, and creates a memorable musical moment to end the experience on a high note! 💛🎶
